What is the difference between Magnesium CALM and NutraCare - Rapid Recovery?

There is zero difference between Magnesium CALM & Rapid Recovery. We chose to stock both and created our own unique brand – Magnesium CALM 250ml & 100ml in 2019.

We see you also sell Sun Food Magnesium Oil. What is the difference between this and your Magnesium CALM / Rapid Recovery?

Sun Food’s Mg Oil is a Pharmaceutical Grade MgCl2+6H2O (Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate), produced in South America.

Our Magnesium CALM is an EMSURE grade of MgCl2+6H2O (Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate), exceeding the Pharmaceutical Grade measurement @ 100.3%

We noticed your bottles are darker/opaquer than Activation’s older Ease, why?

Since 2012, we listened to our customers who kindly provided feedback. Some were not happy with us using a plastic see-through #1 – PETE. This kind of common plastic is used to house many bottled waters, soda’s and other liquids/oils. The research shows various plastic components can enter the respective liquid or oil, which are known as ‘Xenoestrogens’.

A superior plastic is either: #2 – HDPE (Which is what we use to house our Magnesium CALM & Rapid Recovery – Stops sunlight from getting through), or #4 – LDPE or a #5 – PP.

How much Magnesium is contained in each spray?

There is ca 27.3mg of Magnesium in each spray. According to Dr’s Carolyn Dean and Al Sears, we need to be taking between 600-1000mg ‘extra’ each day, because our diets lack enough, even if we’re consuming seasonal, local organic greens daily!

What size bottles do you have for Magnesium CALM (Mg CALM)?

Each bottle of Mg CALM 250ml contains exactly 8.8 ounces & Mg CALM 100ml Travel contains exactly 3.3oz of pure, bioavailable magnesium.

One bottle of Mg CALM 250ml, used every day, should last you about one month+.

Our Travel-sized bottles are small enough to take on an airplane, keep in your desk drawer or carry in your purse.

How long do I have to wait before I feel Magnesium CALM working?

Unlike oral Magnesium supplements, Mg CALM begins working almost immediately. Within minutes of spraying it on your skin, you will begin to feel its powerful relaxing effect.

Using Mg CALM consistently (Morning & Evening) on a daily basis will reverse your deficiency over time.

NB: According to Dr Carolyn Dean, around 80% of the population are Magnesium deficient!

How much Mg CALM should I use per day?

We recommend 20-40 sprays daily. This can be sprayed both after your morning shower and or just before bed.

NB: Depending on your level of deficiency and your sensitivity to the product will ultimately determine how much and where to spray.

What makes Mg CALM so easy to absorb?

In general, magnesium chloride hexahydrate is much easier for your body to absorb than other types of magnesium. When our Mg CALM contacts your skin, you simply wipe once.

By contrast, magnesium chloride will not dissolve if exposed to open air. Getting Mg CALM through your skin, rather than through an oral supplement, also ensures greater absorption because the digestive system can have a hard time processing magnesium. With our Mg CALM spray, the magnesium gets into your bloodstream directly through your skin.

Where is Mg CALM made?

Magnesium CALM is made in South Africa. In 2019 we decided to brand our own Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate and we also had it lab tested (Vs EASE Magnesium). As you can see below, the lab test showed it was slightly purer than the Pharmaceutical Graded EASE.

Where do I spray my Magnesium?

You can spray our Magnesium’s anywhere on your body (transdermal), however if you have a cut or broken skin you may notice at first for a short period of time, a small discomfort! This passes quickly.

Our suggestion is to spray it anywhere you feel you would like instant relief or after a work-out. Usually Magnesium is sprayed on our larger muscle groups, such as thighs, front or back, calves, arms, chest, back and if you are like our director (Who is follically challenged!) on top of your bold head! 😉 Simply spray a few times and wipe once.

NB: We also use it as a deodorant and spray it under our arm pits.
